Watchface Versa 2 shows a grey analogue clock

Downloaded new face with steps, battery level, heart rate etc but sometimes face will show correct image but mostly shows a grey analogue clock with icons of steps etc

Hi @JudeSherlock1, welcome to the community.

 

I think you may be describing the always on clock face, which is a lower power version of the selected face (often minimal elements and icons, and lower brightness). Is your clock face on all the time?

 

You can disable the AOD (always on display) by swiping to the settings app on your Versa 2 and tapping it - scroll down and tap on always on display - toggle between on/off. If you do set it to off, be aware the display will turn off unless you have raise to wake on or you press the button to wake the display.

Great, you should also have much improved battery life with the AOD disabled.
