Water Damaged Versa Lite Warranty Claim?

Some water has gotten into my Versa Lite the other day and it stopped working shortly after. It is still in warranty for the next few days and I have tried various support options. So far, online chat doesn't connect, when I emailed they responded saying "Attention: Email support not available", when I phoned they simply hung up on me and haven't called back. I have contacted Fitbit through Twitter and waiting there too, but with my warranty only valid until the 26th May, I thought I should post here too and find out if anybody can help me?

I am also facing the same problem and not able to proceed with the warranty/repair/ return policy. It would expire on 05/27/2021.

Hi, thought I'd reply to this to inform others. I got a reply from Fitbit on Twitter and they are sending me a replacement now.

Hopefully in warranty others may be able to get them. All the other channels don't work in my experience.

Hi Juan, yes I got a reply on Twitter some time after making this post. After the other support not working I thought this thread would be useful regardless of what happens.
