Water damage on Versa - Not turning on

This is the 4th replacement I've had with my Versa. 3 got moisture in it and one stopped charging. This last iteration of the Versa, I got caught in the rain and it completely went black with blue lines on the left and right side of the screen and will not turn on. The watch was purchased as a Christmas gift in '18 and I've already been through 4 of them with none being fault of mine. This is a very poor quality product. It says 30 meter water resistance but I went swimming in one and it got moisture in it and stopped working, the replacement got moisture in it and stopped working. The third stopped working and this one got wet in the rain and stopped working with-in an hour of getting wet. Im over this watch cause it seems to be of very poor quality.

Hi @Nevaquit504, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for taking the time to share your experience with our Fitbit Versa, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you and if I was in your position I'll probably feel the same way. To better assist you with the issue you're not facing with your replacement device, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa are still flashing? Or does it vibrate when you put it to charge? If you haven't already done so and because the device was designed to be water-proof, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Looking forward to your reply.
