Just come off chat with one of your advisors who cut me off short when things got a bit difficult, you will see this from the times and the unsatisfactory answers he was giving. My next comment was going to ask if I'm surely covered by the consumer protection act since I was sold a product with an in built defect, as your advisors says it does not just become not waterproof after the warranty has ended. I've had nothing but issues with the Versa, this being the 2nd one which has battery issues a d is now dead due to water ingress, and yes I can see the water droplets in the rear sensor, thus making the watch a danger if charged.
