Water log and hourly activity

Hi, 

My water intake on my phone is correct,  but wildly out of sync with my Versa.

 

My hourly activity and notices are not showing up on my phone

@Laboj that could happen if it didn't sync properly/on a regular basis. Please try this:

 

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in your phone's bluetooth settings
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions and sync.

The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that. 

 

Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled.

 

Regarding notifications, have you set them up in the Fitbit mobile app? Also, are they enabled on Versa itself? Please long press the left button to open quick menu. Toggle the notifications off/on several times.

@Laboj phone model and OS? Also, could you clarify which notifications are not showing on your phone?

I have a Samsung 9+.,Android system.I was not getting reminder to do the 250 steps each hour. I am getting them now, but they don't match my Versa.  Tbe amount of water also does not match.
I have never been able to get any notifications on my Versa from my email, texts, etc.

@Laboj Does your Versa sync properly? When was the last sync. Please open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section.

Hi, I have done that a few times. But the Versa has at least 2x the amount of water drunk and the phone has 1/2 times the amount of hours of activity shown on the versa.
