I've been in touch with customer service for 2 weeks now I keep getting the run around I called yesterday and same crap. It worked once while I was on the phone and hasn't worked since, any fixes for this I have had this Fitbit less then a month I'm seriously considering looking into their return policy just from the crappy customer service.
