Fitbit Update: 12/18/19
Hi everyone,
When this thread started earlier this year, the issue was that waterlogging on the watch was not syncing over to the Fitbit app. No matter what you would log, it just wouldn't show up in the Fitbit app and didn't sync the information over.
Now, we're seeing reports that waterlogging is syncing over, but it is the wrong amount of water that was logged onto the watch. To keep threads organized and on-topic, I'm now going to close this thread and move the conversation here: Water Logging syncs incorrect amount to app.I've already merged some posts from this thread into that one.
If you're experiencing this new issue after updating to Fitbit OS 4.1, follow that thread for updates.

Mine does not work either and it is very frustrating. I cant have my phone out at work so I wish the watch function was working!

Mine does the same...my app and my fitbit do not match when I add water..gets me confused of just how much I've logged.

Hi, Mine is the opposite way around. My watch displays 0 water drunk but i have logged it from the app on my phone. Same with days of weekly exercise, the app states two days (which is correct) & the watch states 0 days.
I have restarted my fit bit but hasn't helped.
Thanks

At this point I start each day with 4 water bottles that I fill each morning. I check at the end of the day to see what is empty and log it in the app. Very high tech. Maybe I should have bought a pad of paper.

Hi!
I wanted to post some things that I have found with the water log syncing. Although the picture of the bottle in the fitbit android app appears empty and says 0 oz, if you click on the bottle, then scroll down and click on a day where you logged water, the value for that day will update to the correct amount logged on the Fitbit. It appears to me as though the Versa and app are syncing the water correctly, but the app has display issues. You have to manually click on each day in the water log list to get that day to update to the correct amount.
Hope this helps!

I’m done. It should not be this difficult! Suggest this, do that, uninstall, reset, blah, blah, blah! No. It needs to work.
My next watch will not be a Fitbit.

I just found something odd. Because my watch is not syncing, I entered the values in from this week using the app on Windows 10. The values for each day are correct but when I went in to enter the value for today, it was the sum of all the values I entered for the week. Each entry for the week was also in today's. I deleted all of them and entered the correct value for today and now everything seems to be working correctly.

I found that even though the updated log didn't initially show on my Fitbit app on my phone, it did show once I clicked into the water logging tile.

Hi, I have a Samsung G920A (Galaxy S6 AT&T version) running
I have copied my bug notes from a few posts ago so a copy of the specific behavior on my phone can accompany my model.

I have the same issue since I bought my Versa in Jan/19. The water I logged on my watch stopped syncing on my app. Watch is stuck on screen with the last water logged. I followed the instructions to reset the app and watch and it started to work again, but it only worked for couple of days and I’m back to having the problem. Fitbit please fix this ASAP.
