Fitbit Update: 12/18/19
Hi everyone,
When this thread started earlier this year, the issue was that waterlogging on the watch was not syncing over to the Fitbit app. No matter what you would log, it just wouldn't show up in the Fitbit app and didn't sync the information over.
Now, we're seeing reports that waterlogging is syncing over, but it is the wrong amount of water that was logged onto the watch. To keep threads organized and on-topic, I'm now going to close this thread and move the conversation here: Water Logging syncs incorrect amount to app.I've already merged some posts from this thread into that one.
If you're experiencing this new issue after updating to Fitbit OS 4.1, follow that thread for updates.

I have the same issue with Water, as well as Weight. I log them on Versa, but they do not sync to the app. Everything else (Steps, Heartbeat, Sleep, Steps per Hour...) syncs.

Update: I contacted Fitbit Support via Chat. A person talked through some stuff.. In the end, Factory Reset helped. With weight, as well as water.

Do you lose everything when you factory reset?
I feel like I shouldn't have to reset my device and lose stats in order for it to work

Hey folks! Thanks for your replies!
I appreciate you have tried the tips that I posted above to try to fix this. I also wanna thank you those who took the time to contact our Support team for further help. Our tean is aware of this inconvenience with the water logged, not showed on the app. Please note that they are working on a solution as fast as they can.
Please be patient in the meantime!

I did a factory reset earlier but when I go to change the settings for the stats I'd like to see, water isn't an option.

When I do that the only options available are core stats, hourly steps and heart rate. Did you have to do anything in the app?

Not sure you can do that from the app, normally you only have to scroll down the bottom until you see the "Settings" button, then you have a message saying you can select up to 7 activities to show on the today app and select the checkbox of your choice. You are running which version of the watch after the factory reset ?

Same happened to me. Just reset the watch.

When is this problem going to be fixed??????????? It's been several weeks and still no action! I didn't buy the Versa watch in order to pull my phone out every time I want to add my water intake! Funny thing is, when I first got the watch in December 2018, it worked, now it doesn't.

Fitlark, agreed, would be nice to see more software updates a little faster for this device. It's not a huge deal to log it in the app, but I would prefer to do it on the Versa.

I did a factory reset on my watch which then forced me to do the update on the watch, but that did not help. I still have this issue.
