Hey everyone,
I've been having one hell of a time with the Versa 2. My wife purchased this product for my birthday last October, and since then it's been one issue after another. I went through customer support (which itself was a nightmare and a half), but I finally received my new Versa 2 from them. The problem is, I'm still noticing issues. Right now, the issue that's most obvious to me is the water tracking. In the "swipe up" menu for the Versa 2 I had water logging set, and this morning I clicked on it and added 8 oz. of water to my log. Fast forward to current, and it still hasn't updated on the fitbit app and the water tracking part of Versa 2 is stuck saying "added 8 oz. of water at 6:52 am".
I've restarted my phone, the watch, and even force stopped the fitbit app and nothing is working. I manually added 8 oz. of water into the fitbit app to see if it would at least update from app to watch instead of vice versa and no dice.
I read a different thread talking about this being an issue and noted one of the mods, AlessFitbit, claiming the new update might help...it hasn't. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the new Versa 2? And Fitbit, do you guys read this? Can you see the plethora of issues your devices are having right now? We need some answers.

I suggest you restart your Versa 2 according to the instructions in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
As you mentioned, this situation should be resolved with the latest firmware update. However, in case you are still experiencing it, I recommend you the following.
