If fitbit don't start linking to wattbike people are going to change their watches to Garmin
Cant see why Fitbit would not start to link?
Does this frustrate anyone else
Have I missed something and can you link so it can register heart rate on Wattbike?

Hi, @Woody387 , these kinds of partnerships are just that - partnerships. Each side needs to work. Fitbit is keen to make as many apps as possible work with their devices.
Here is a list of current app partners: https://www.fitbit.com/uk/partnership
Unfortunately wattbike is not on the list, and you might want to get in touch with wattbike to suggest this to them. You could also post this on the feature suggestion forum
In the meantime there are other bike ride tracking apps that will work with Fitbit as you can see from the partners list. Maybe you might like one of them, or maybe they can link to wattbike and pass the data through to Fitbit?
Welcome to the forums!

As @Julia_G has mentioned. Fitbit has an open invite to any third party app. Fitbit does not force itself on to other apps but has an open invite.
It is now up to Wattbike to take up on the invite, Fitbit has the API setup for any app or user.
I have a spreadsheet that collects data straight from Fitbit.
