I have a Blaze under warranty & I have been given the two options of replacing or buying new at 50% off. I would really really love to buy a Versa discounted to upgrade my Fitbit experience but it is not eligible. Doesn’t it make sense to have all Fitbit available to upgrade to? What would be the point of replacing my broken Blaze with one that is worth less, with Less features? I wish I could call & have someone make an exception & let me buy a Versa 50% off.

Hey @McKinnish, a warm welcome to the Community.
Since Fitbit Versa is another range of Fitbit, the warranty discount do not currently apply for this unit. Remember that you can always take a look at this page, where you will be able to compare the trackers in which the discount applies, maybe there's one that meets your needs.
Let me know if you need anything else.

I agree. I have a discount emailed to me too for 25% but unfortunately it doesn't apply to the Fitbit Versa.
I used to be a big FitBit Fan when it first came out. I joined the community in 2014/2015. They had the best customer service and would assist you right away. But now, even their warranties are limited to one year. I'll just have to find the right app on my phone.

You’re not missing much. Save your money. Seriously. Look how many people are having issues

Yes, wait on the Versa. It has major battery issues (mine barely lasted 6 hours) which forced me to return it. Very disappointed.

My Blaze broke recently and I got the same warranty offer. And I completely disagree with saying that the "Versa is another range of Fitbit". The Versa is basically the new upgraded model to replace the Blaze, which is not in production anymore since the Versa came out. So not including the Versa in the 50% discount is basically saying either we'll replace your broken Blaze, or you can downgrade to a lower end model at a discount. Why would anyone pay to downgrade?

Hello,
I also have a Blaze. This is my second pebble. The first didn't hold a charge longer than 24 hours. This one has now stopped syncing with my phone. Also, when I charge it, it will take up to 2 days for the clock to regulate to the correct time, and sometimes to the correct day. And to make matter worse, it has stopped swiping. So, I basically have a very expensive, not very attractive watch. When I look at my options for replacement, without downgrading, my options are yet another Blaze or the Ionic. The Ionic is $100 more than the Versa with only 2 additional features - built-in GPS and the ability to make payments. I always have my phone and therefore am fine with the connected GPS, and I will never pay with any electronic device. So for me, I would be paying $100 more for the same functionality as the Versa, except the Ionic is ugly. It seems that I am not the only person who feels this way based on what I have read here and on other forums. So, my question is - when will the Versa become available as a discounted replacement?

AGREE!!! I had a surge die and was offered the 25% discount on "any new fitbit of my choice"... but it turns out that was a lie. They said.. just wait, maybe it will be available with discount in the coming months. Well, it has been a long time now since the Versa was released, and they still won't honor the 25% discount on it. What a scam... Fitbit is losing a lot of customers over this.

You suggested to compare trackers to find one that fits my needs. Well, the Versa fits my needs. The only other comparable tracker would be the Ionic, and I am not interested in that one. So, when will the Versa become available for replacement discount?
