Wearing Versa on/in clothes

Hi,

I just bought a Fitbit Versa and am loving it, but am looking for suggestions for wearing it on/inside my clothing. The reason for this is that I play in a basketball league, where we are not permitted to wear anything like watches/fitness trackers on our wrists (or anywhere where they could lead to an injury to myself or others). I have had an Alta HR for a year or so, and bought an aftermarket clip to wear on my bra strap, but so far I haven't found anything similar for the Versa. So I'm wondering how I could still wear my Versa at basketball to count steps (I don't mind if it doesn't track HR), as I'm not sure I want to continue to use my Alta HR just for this purpose (I find syncing between the two to be a pain; my phone seems to have issues with it ).

Hi @jmacbrodie. Amazon sells a strap extender that would enable you to wear the Versa at your ankle, under a sock, if that would be allowable.

It seems to me that you can't attach such a device to your clothes, but as far as I know, there is a pulse monitor on your leg that tracks the number of steps taken. I work out in the gym with a fitness tracker on my hand and it doesn't bother me at all. For me, the bigger problem was finding a comfortable t-shirt that I wouldn't sweat in the gym.

I can suggest you wear some sweatshirts or a t-shirt, sports clothing is a real eye-catcher as a basic. There is a large selection so you can always find something cool for your outfit.

It is strange that you have a small problem with synchronization.

Only once did I get out of sync, but after a reboot, I never had this problem again.

Wow, I didn't even think that someone also had the same problem as my wife, who also plays in the basketball league and attaches a fitness tracker to her bra, but it wasn't very convenient. In addition, the clothes and fasteners look very stylish and do not catch the eye. There I saw clothes with special fasteners. It was an incredible find for me and the answer to my problem. I think this is an essential topic for those engaged in various sports, because some people throughout the training in the hand tracker, and it is not very convenient.
