Just bought a Versa 2 for my wife and we have it connected to her phone(Galaxy S9+). It seems to do the basic fitbit functions like pedometer and heart rate. But the weather and Spotify dont seem to work with her phone. When we click on spotify within the fitbit app and then go to the settings to login the screen just goes white and never loads. Same with weather when we click on settings. We have tried everything we can think off. Uninstalling the fitbit app, the spotify app, reseting the fitbit. Nothing seems to work.
But then we connected the Versa 2 to my phone(GalaxyS22+) and Spotify and the weather work just fine with my phone. So I'm assuming it's a phone issue? But it says the Galaxy S9 is a compatible phone on the fitbit website. So I'm at a loss and was wondering if anyone else dealt with this issue?

Hi @farcas - blank settings is a new bug in the new V4 Fitbit App.
It will work fine in the older V3 Fitbit app so whatever you do don't update it on the S22.
However you don't really need the Spotify app but instead can use the watch built in Music controls to do the same thing and even adjust the volume without stopping a clock or app on the watch to do it.
Another V4 bug is syncing which will cause weather problems which don't need changing other than Celsius and Fahrenheit settings which won't work currently with her Fitbit App, but she can logon on your phone and do it.
Then she can use her phone, but syncing can still be an issue, requiring a watch or even phone restart to fix every so often.
