Hey @Sherry1225, it is great to see new members around! Woman Happy I'd like you to be a little bit more specific about the issues that you have with the weather app and the sleep. When you say that the weather isn't working, are you saying that your current location isn't updating? If so, check that you turned on location services for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS? If you change locations, sync your watch to see your new location in the Weather app.

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added imageAdvanced Settings > Units.
  • In the Length section, select a different measurement. Centimeters, Kilometers corresponds with Celsius and Feet, Miles corresponds with Fahrenheit.
  • Sync your watch and then open the Weather app User-added imageon your watch to see the updated units.

Now in regards of your sleep, are you not getting sleep stages or you are not even getting sleep stages?

I'll be around so keep me posted!

The weather app says to sync to phone.  I am syncing and nothing is happening.

Hey @Sherry1225, thanks for your reply! If you have made sure that the location services are on for the Fitbit app, you synced and still not showing the weather, try to restart your Versa by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Then sync your Versa again and it should show the correct weather.

Keep me posted!
