Weather app is not working on Versa 2 properly

Have the Fitbit versa 2 and the weather app isn’t working.  I’ve tried all the steps.  Making sure everything is running or on and it just won’t show the weather.  I’ve tried restarting the iPhone and the watch still no help.  My husbands watch also isn’t showing the weather.  Anybody else have issues.  What’s the fix?

Please make sure that your watches have the most recent firmware version. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the Weather app and see if it works properly.
