Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The weather is showing up on my versa 3 in celsius.

I have logged on to the fitbit app both on my phone as well as my laptop.

In the past I was able to see all the apps but nothing is showing up in apps/applications

Please advise

Hello @Cycle429

To change your Celsius to Fahrenheit open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 3. Now tap gallery then scroll down to and tap weather. Next tap settings. Make the change you want to Fahrenheit then sync your Versa 3 to accept your changes.

For weather showing directly on the clock face there may or may not be a clock face setting to change.

If it is still a problem using the same path as above

  • remove cities in the weather list of cities setting
  • and use current location
  • and sync again.

😃 Hopefully this provides you with a solution. Please let me know

Hi there, @Cycle429. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the weather app.

As @SunsetRunner suggested, in order to change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Gallery > Weather. You might need to swipe up to find the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.

If the above doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope this helps.

TY. I finally figured it out. Was trying to do it from my laptop and not
the phone.
But out of curiosity shouldn't the computer when logged in brio fitbit show
the apps I have?

Awesome it helped @Cycle429 !😃  Happy I could help. As for the question you just asked….it’s hard to tell honestly. It depends on your operating system your using. Fitbit App updates for computers haven’t occurred in quite sometime. The focus is mobile apps and tablets so it may mean the Fitbit App on your Laptop computer is just outdated and updates for then are being phased out.
