@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the selected clock face which doesn't show the weather app, I was able to look for it and noticed that the clock face is a third party one. Please contact the developer directly in order to know more information about it and check out it features.

@SunsetRunner thank you for getting back! Regarding your inquiry about who is the developer of the clock face, please go to this page. After this, enter the name of the clock face in the search bar located at the upper right corner of the page. Then select the clock face and click on "Visit Website".
