Weather app won't work on new Versa

The weather app does not work on new Fitbit . It says synch the Fitbit mobile app to update . My Fitbit is sync’d and I have hit the wheel and chosen units etc... . Why won’t this weather work ? I have an iPhone 10.

@Grammiedo welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the weather app is not working.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are selecting the weather app from AccuWeather, not from another developer and try adding the app again.
