Best AnswerHello @7343leal
Let’s check your settings to make sure nothing has been changed by accident. Here’s how:
Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap the name of your Fitbit tracker. Next tap gallery then scroll down an tap Weather. First tap permissions and ensure all your permissions are indeed enabled.
Next tap the “<“ back button to return to the previous page and this time tap settings. Make sure the temperature unit is what you want it set to and your location is correct. Once you have made any changes needed sync your Fitbit tracker so that your Fitbit will accept any changes you may have made.
If your still having issues after checking your weather settings then try restarting your Fitbit to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😃 I hope this helps and answers your question. Please come back and let me know how it goes
