Weather, humidity, and health score

Hi so I live in the subtropics and it’s summer here where it’s 80% humidity and stays 31-34 degrees all day long. Recently my health score has gone down and I’m wondering if fit bit takes weather and humidity into consideration. I have not decreased my exercise at all.

Hello @Krissss and a warm welcome.  The cardio fitness score does not take weather in to account.  Your heart is doing a little "double duty" when you exercise in an environment like yours.  Your heart rate is increased for your exercise AND increased to help dissipate heat.

I would not worry about this at all.
