Weather not showing up on Screen

Hi,
I'm a new Versa user. I've installed "Layers Weather 2" and the weather is not showing up on the clock face. I've made the changes in the settings on weather from C - F and the location is updated on Versa weather settings too.
Please help - how to fix it? Thanks

Hi, since the Layers Weather 2 is a Third Party Clock Face, it might be that it uses a different API for the weather than Fitbit itself. Fitbit uses Accuweather as an API. You can check this by installing the Fitbit Layers Claock Face, which unfortunately does not show the weather in the home display, and see whether the weather, if you installed it in My apps, is updating the weather. If yes, the API from your clock face is not the same as the one Fitbit uses. If your Clock Face uses Accuweather as an API, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressingand holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. After that, sync your Versa with your phone and see if the weather shows up in your home display.
