Hello @PJ999 and welcome to the Community. The Workouts have a section called No Equipment Needed.  I counted at least 100 videos in that section, most of them are marked Premium.

If you tap on your Discover icon on the bottom of your mobile app, you can browse all of the videos, both Premium and free.
