Weight/Water logging not synching/updating

The new versa update allows you to enter water and weight on the actual versa device dashboard. When I log these items they do not save on the device itself. Nor does the data transfer over to the fitbit app. I've reset the versa dozens of times. I reinstalled the app a few times on my galaxy s8. I changed the versa clock face to a fitbit generated face. Nothing works. Anyone had luck with this new feature?

@RyanFitJones When you input water on your Versa it gets synced to Fitbit mobile app (and to Fitbit servers) and then synced back to Versa itself to be displayed as total water intake. Sometimes it takes several syncs. In my case, I need to tap on the water tile in my Fitbit app (and go into water details) for the water logs to actually refresh. Also, sometimes it takes a while (several syncs) for the water to sync. If you still cannot make it work, I would recommend:

  1. Uninstalling fitbit mobile app
  2. Rebooting your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears)
  3. Install Fitbit mobile app and place Versa in the charging dock
  4. Let it sync several times.

This might take a while but it's important to make sure your Versa actually syncs without issues. You can confirm when the last sync took place by opening Fitbit app, tapping on the Versa icon and scrolling down to the Sync section.

Sorry but that has not done squat for my water logging issue.  Ironically yesterday it logged the water I entered through my watch, however that was also the first time I had logged water through my watch.  It is also the ONLY time a watch logged water entry actually synced with the app.  Calling support about this is pretty much 0% helpful.  I called them 3 times since I owned this Versa (less than a month) and I can say in all confidence that support is useless, ill equipped to answer questions and have virtually no knowledge of the products.  Whose fault is that?  Doesn't matter.  They are basically a dead end.

The product is impressive and the app has lots on it, but I fear the day I have issues with the product, I will have NO ONE to turn to.
