Weight and water data syncs incorrectly to app

Whenever I update my weight on my watch, when it transmits it to my phone app, it is way off! For example, I typed I weighed 197 this am on my watch. Later on my phone app, it said I typed in 431lbs!

This same type of glitch occurs when I try to add water intake via my watch as well. The numbers are WAY off during translation. If I type I drank 12oz, it only shows up as .41oz.

Hi @CMM1404. Welcome! It's good to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for explaining the issue experienced when logging your weight and water intake. I understand how important is to keep your information correct. Our team has been receiving reports of other members who have experienced a similar behavior, and they're currently working to identify a resolution as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'd recommend to delete the entries and log your data directly in the Fitbit app so everything can be displayed correctly.

I'll be around if you need anything else.

I also keep logging my weight and it keeps reverting to 365lbs. It is so annoying as I am trying to track my weight loss accurately. Also, very annoying I am getting badges for losing 200lbs. When is there going to be a fix for this? I see I am not the only frustrated person!!
