Weights overestimation of calories?

Hi! When I do my regular strength traning at the gym I choose the "weights" option from the different kinds of workout modes there is to choose from. A regular weight session at the gym usually lasts at least 2 hours for me. I feel that my Versa overestimates the amout of calories that I burn at a session like this. Average BMP of 119 and 1300 calories burned. Could this be accurate? I usually rest around 2-3 minutes between sets and most of my lifting consists of large compund movements like squats, bench presses and deadlifts.

Best Regards!:D

Hi, do not know whether the calories amounts counted during these sessions are accurate, the only thing I can advice is to see whether future same sessions gives the same amounts of calories. If yes, than it's accurate.
