I got a message on the Versa watch face:   0017

“To unlock this watch face forever, go to Lignite.com”. ?

Also, I woke up in the middle of the night. My Versa read 0 (zero) o’clock.

It was ok when I got up in the morning???? Wtf?

Anyone else have these problems?

Let me clarify this for you and for everyone else who has come across this message.

The clock faces available in the App gallery are either created by us (Fitbit), a few are created by Fitbit Labs, and everything else has been created by a 3rd-party developer. These third-party developers can choose to require payment for the use of the clockface they created.

These clock faces are notated as follows:

When looking for a new clockface whenever you're ready to switch it up, look for this annotation. Hope this helps!

That's what happens when you download a non-free watch face. There's usually only a few day trial period until you get that message. Try a free watch face. You can check if it's free or not in the face's disclaimer.

I had the same issue and decided to buy the watch face from the company you mention. Don't mind buying when I like the face .

Yes, it’s bevause the face is from a third party maker. However, I think that those third party faces should have that information included in their discription as not all of them do. Even my non- third party face comes up with a message I have to click away before viewing my actual watch/ stats. It’s very annoying not knowing which faces are only going to give me a 24h preview.

My fitbit showing a message,  "please go to www.Lignite.me to unlock this face forever".

It says my 24 hr trial is over. When I go to the site, it asks me to pay. I thought it was free. please help.

How do I get rid of this message on my watch I've never purchased any face clock and it won't let me do anything else

@LitlKat  There is usually a trail to use and then you have to pay. Please select another watch face and read if it will need to be paid for or not.
