I had a syncing issue yesterday and had to do a restart on my phone and my Versa, then I noticed this morning that I got only simplified sleep results even though it said I slept more than 8 hours. I was also up during the night - actually got out of bed and walked to the bathroom and back to bed - but the Versa only recorded 2 steps. Now I notice that my sleep record shows a weird 16 hour (!!) sleep in the graph... what gives? And more importantly, how do I correct this? This is the first "issue" I've had with my Versa, and I'm a loooong time FitBit user (former One and Blaze wearer) - so I hope this is just a fluke and not the start of a trend. By the way, I wear the watch fairly tightly, so I know wearing it too loosely is not the problem.

Hi @RunnerGrrl,
Sounds like a glitch.
You can fix it by selecting the individual sleep night (I use the fitbit.com dashboard, log > sleep). Then you should see an edit box on the right where you can change the start or stop times. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply...
The start and stop times are correct, it's just the graph that is wrong. Doesn't really affect anything except I did not get a detailed sleep report, and there seems to be missing steps during the night. I will assume it is a glitch unless it happens again.
