I have some wireless headphones that connect via Bluetooth but for some reason the Versa isn't picking them up, does anyone know anyone know if i need fitbit headphones or a certain type? Thank you.

I have beats wireless Bluetooth headphones and they paired quickly to my watch. Maybe make sure your headphones are in discovery mode and not just switched on as it won’t find them. With mine to make them discoverable I have to hold the power button down and the power light flashes, I assume most are similar hope this helps some.

I have Altec Sport headphones and they work great with my Versa. I had a hard time pairing them to begin with, but that was my fault (not a Fitbit issue) ... I forgot that I had to hold down the power button on the earbuds until the light started flashing (which puts the earbuds in pairing mode). As soon as I did that, the Versa recognized them and synced automatically.

I have Bose headphones and was able to get them connected, however, there is a lot of static the songs cut in and out and sometimes the songs speed-up. Any ideas on a solution would be greatly appreciated.

@khvjacobs Have you tried resetting your versa? Press and Hold the botton on the left and bottom right at the same time until the Fitbit logo appears on screen.
If tgat doesnt work yih could try try a shutdown. If you go to settings on your versa scroll down to about click on it then scroll down to shutdown. I would say leave it for a few mins then switch it back on by pressing the power button on the left of versa.
Hope this possibly helps

I bought a pair of altec Lansing sport earbuds and the music is coming in all static/skipping it’s horrible. I paired them with my phone and there fine. Did you have any problems like that? I’ve tried both my music and pandora it’s all bad.

My bluetooth earbuds are doing the same thing. I can pair the earbuds no problem, but they cut in and out. I have rebooted the earbuds and the Versa. The same earbuds wirk just fine with my phone. Any ideas on how to correct?

I have the same problem. The headphones work fine with pairing with my phone but cut out an unbearable amount when running just with my versa. Seems to be only okay if my hand is beside the headphones.

Just a recent note as of June 2018. I bought a pair of SkullCandy Bluetooth Wireless headphones with the neckband. They work wonderfully and they are about 1/2 of what beats cost. Just a side note for anyone getting a versa or needing information/alternative headphone option. They were around $49.00 at wal-mart.

Not that I have had them do. I paint during the summer and have been hot
and sweaty in the sun and inside painting walls, doors and just about
everything else. Absolutely no problems. I cannot attach a picture, but here is the link to them at Wal-mart.com I purchased them in the store.

Get them in-store and not online.
