I have some wireless headphones that connect via Bluetooth but for some reason the Versa isn't picking them up, does anyone know anyone know if i need fitbit headphones or a certain type? Thank you.

Same problem with Altec Lansing Headphones. They pair with the Versa, but the sound is garbled and terrible. Talked with 3 different reps at Fitbit. One says there are only some headphones that work with the Versa, two said they should all work (WRONG). I have 2 other pair of headphones that will not even pair with the watch but they all work fine on my other devices. So, the Versa has problem with some headphones.

So I ended up returning the altec Lansing sport earbuds. I got a pair of earbuds from target “hey day” brand $20 and they work awesome. I feel like it just wouldn’t work with anything to fancy so I went cheap. I don’t do high intesity workouts so I think they will work out fine for me. Good luck.

Update - today I went for a 3 mile walk. Moved Versa to other wrist, closer to the receiver on earbuds. Did not cut in and out during walk. I wanted to test this theory. Moved Versa to other wrist while walking farther away from receiver so they fdif cut in and out. Moved back to wrist closer to receiver and problem stopped.
So Versa I’m guessing does not have a strong bluetooth signal for earbuds.
I’m not happy I have to wear on opposite wrist, but if it corrects issue guess that’s what I’m doing.

I am experiencing same faulty quality while pairing Altec Lansing MZX857 bluetooth ear buds with Fitbit Versa. After I reset my versa, The versa does in fact pair with the ear buds. However the audio quality is awful. Audio skips and is very garbled. Please suggest a fix. Extremely dissatisfied since the versa works fine with other Bluetooth headsets.

Hi, I’m having the exact same issue as most other people on this thread. My Altec Lansing sport Bluetooth headphones pair quickly with my Versa, but the sound is horrible - extreme stuttering and static. The buds works great with other devices (iPhone, iPad Air). The watch firmware is up to date (32.10.15). Restarting the watch didn’t help.
Clearly these buds aren’t compatible with Versa (as others have testified). Please let me know which earbuds *are* compatible.
Thanks so much!

Did you find a pair of headphones that don’t cut in and out while jogging? If you keep Fitbit wrist stationary all headphones work great, but once you start moving the music cuts in and out.
