I have some wireless headphones that connect via Bluetooth but for some reason the Versa isn't picking them up, does anyone know anyone know if i need fitbit headphones or a certain type? Thank you.

@BJ2017"Did not see that in my manual. Good luck finding some. " --- All fitbit (and other brand) trackets and smartwatches are and have always been BLE (Bluetooth low energy, which was introduced with BT4.0 but is now at BT5.0). Small earbuds per definition are BLE because they have so small batteries and hence not the power to operate over standard bluetooth. They have been around for a while! Earphones which are standard bluetooth will not work with smartwatches, BLE is not compatible with standard BT. They simply won't pair. This won't be a problem for earbuds (as they are BLE per definition), but for large earphones one has to check carefully what BT standard they support.

Hello,
I have done all of the above, following the steps properly, my headphones pair fine to my phone but not to the versa. I have resest both, shutdown both and even restored them and still nothing...The versa just says no devices found. Very disappointing. I really don't want to send anything back...
Any other suggestions?

@Klair This bluetooth version thing is incredibly confusing for most people, especially when it comes to the headphone part. There are two things a) the Bluetooth version (4.0, 4.1, 5.0), and b) the so called protocol (standard Bluetooth vs Bluetooth smart aka Bluetooth low energy = BLE). The two protocols are not compatible. But the versions are backward compatible, they just implement some new or smarter features.
So a phone that has Bluetooth 5.0 can communicate with a Bluetooth 4.1 device, but both must support the same protocol. BLE was introduced with Bluetooth 4.0, but older mobiles do not necessarily support it, even if they support Bluetooth 4.0.
Nowadays, almost all mobiles implement standard bluetooth and bluetooth smart (aka Bluetooth low energy, BLE for short), from version 4.0 onwards. And thus can connect to anything. As a user you don't notice any of it, it goes by itself. A user would not even know how to tell
BUT, when it comes to pheripherals it is utterly confusing, because even if the headphones are Bluetooth version 4.1 (or even 4.0 for that matter), it is not given that they support BLE or only Standard Bluetooth. The Fitbit trackers ONLY support (better word is implement) BLE, I am not sure about the Bluetooth version, but probably 4 or 4.1. And thus can ONLY connect to headphones/earbuds that support Bluetooth smart/BLE. Small earbuds will do this per definition because they have so tiny batteries that it has to be low power per definition. Maybe it says Bluetooth smart somewhere in the manual or specs. But it is not given.
If your headphones are in pairing mode and the Versa doesn't see them, you can bet that they are not supporting BLE. You did not mention what heaphones these are... Are they large ones, or more like tiny earbuds?
There are also earbuds/headphones that are recognised, but require a PIN to be entered on the device (Versa). That's not possible either. That's another intracacy, namely not all pheripherals support the no-pin mode of pairing, many do but not all.
Unfortunately there is not an easy-lookup-list of headphones that are known to work, especially not bigger ones. I would be surprised if you have these tiny earbuds and they don't work.

@KlairI looked up the Klim Pulse/Fusion earphones, but I don't get the impression they are BLE compatible. But again it is difficult to find out beforehand.
@Marioc30 There are several other threads on Jabra headphones, if it does pair with your samsung mobile, do you have to enter a PIN? The headphones should give you the PIN number to enter if that's the case. And if so, there is no way to enter a PIN on the Versa. I know it is pain = understatement.
