What does a red arrow mean when it's on the peak of my heart rate graph?

I just switched from an Alta to a Versa and the exercise tracking has a lot more features.  One of the things I noticed is a red arrow at the "peak" of my heart rate graph.  What does that number mean?

Are you looking at phone app, heart rate tile, then clicked particular day?

I don't see any red arrow, but the graph changes colors as heart rate gets into different heart rate zones, with red at the top for peak zone.  Could that be it?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
