What settings do use for a indoor cycle or spin cycle?

Regarding your inquiry, you can use the shortcut "Spinning". If you don't see this option in your exercises, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I customize the exercises on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions there to add this exercise.
