I’m not doing laps, I’m okay with just having my heart rate and calories burned recorded. Thanks! I have the Versa and mainly got it for water activities.

If you want to log your water activities, I recommend wearing your Versa while you are doing them and after finishing them, you can manually log your exercises by following the instructions in the help article How do I manually log an activity or exercise?.

Which mode should I have it on for water aerobics, I have tried swimming and Workout. I want to track how many calories I have burned with my heart rate being recorded for accuracy.
swimming have me 35 cals for 10 min and Workout mode gave me only 64 for 30 min. What about interval training mode? Thanks

I used workout mode yesterday and for 38 min burned 137 cals. I’m guessing that’s correct as I read 280 cals for 1 hour at 154lbs is average.

Mid I manually log, is my heart rate included? I plan to try that also. If you could walk me through how to do it manually, the article link you provided wasn’t too clear.
