I've just upgraded to Versa 2, and since then my zone minutes are no longer tracked. I only get "Active" minutes... what's going on??
Thank you!

@Erich777 Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Active Zone Minutes came in a firmware update. It usually takes 24-48 hours for you to get a firmware update after activation.
I am also moving this post to the Other Versa Smartwatch forum. It is a better fit for your question.

Just chatted with support, and it appears that the firmware will update gradually over some days with each sync... so I'll get it eventually.
Many thanks for your help!!
