Hi! If i want to run, without my phone (so without the connected GPS) will the watch still log distance, pace, speed of running etc.?

Hey.
From what I've found with the Blaze (only got a Versa today and haven't tried out running yet), it will still track everything you mentioned but things such as distance might not be as accurate without GPS. I did notice on the Versa that there's a similar icon to the one on the Blaze (a little 'play' button) to begin run tracking without an established connection, so I'm assuming that it won't be a problem.
The GPS on my Blaze wouldn't work correctly so I usually just took my phone to listen to music, and the Fitbit to monitor heart rate since I'm on medication that can alter it, but I checked the overall distance on a running route plotting website and the distance was actually pretty spot on. Hopefully it will be the same for yourself.

Regarding your inquiry, if you don't want to use the GPS connected feature, you will see all of your information (see attached image) except for the map.
