I have reached out to Fitbit multiple times about not being able to get text messages to my watch for the last 4+months. Nothing has been done. All their “simple fixes” do not work and it’s not fair that I paid a good amount of money only to get a product that stopped working after 2 months of use. Fitbit has lost my business and I will continue to tell other people to not use Fitbit because of their lack of response to the issue. It’s really quite sad. I even have an Apple phone which I assume is one of the most popular phones used with the Fitbit.

Just went from Alta to Versa 2. After 2 days I can finally get email notifications and calls but bluetooth and text are not working. I have tried several of the suggestions but nothing has changed.
