I would like to know for the thousands of customers that you guys have and there Fitbit devices won't work with there phones but you guys put that no where on the packing saying may not work with all devices/phones instead when I ask about it they say there is nothing they can do. I was literally told maybe use a device that works. Jayvee: You can try using a supported phone if you have one.

Hmm if you think I had one wouldn't I be freaking using it. I see alot of complaints being the same about devices not working. So yes Fitbit what in the heck r u going to do for your it paying cusomters that you give no warning to that your device might not work with it. And no checking the internet is not what you are suppose to do b fore you guy a Fitbit device.

Hi @Hustleboi509  did you check out the system requirements before getting your Versa? Even with apps, you need a phone that's compatible. And yes, most people really do check requirements before purchasing a new device, even when it's a computer, tablet, fitness tracker, etc. You might want to tone down the profanity, as this is a public forum. Be upset, but remember you agreed to the Terms of Service when signing up to post here. Family friendly place and often younger ones visit.

My 4th or 5th FITBIT just died. They have a life expectancy of about 12 to 15 months. 2 have been replaced by Fitbit. The others were gifts past their warranty. While they worked they are great. Once they start going they are gone. My latest issue. I was waking up and my watch was not keeping time. It would reset when I checked my Fitbit app on the phone. The all of sudden it just did not keep up. I did all the button things. Turned off phone restarted WIFI & blue tooth The app on the phone was telling me it could not find the wifi. All the other devices were doing fine. I finally decided on a factory reset and the it never reset just went blank. Looking at Garmin for my next fitness tracker. I have had the following Fitbits, the Surge, Blaze & Versa.

Same here Versa stopped working about a week ago and now it is useless! Think I am going with an iWatch and wish $200 wasn’t wasted on a Fitbit.

A link to the phone requirements will be found on the outside of the package.

As everyone knows, the smaller the print, the more important the print is.

If you are asking and wanting to know what will fitbit do.

Please ask Fitbit and not the community of Fitbit users.

Asking the users to tell you what Fitbit will do is not going to get a usable answer and only cause frustration.

It's more so to bring light to the table as Fitbit won't do anything. I
want Fitbit community to know that Fitbit treats it's paying customers like
crap and gives no answer besides you can find all of them online. Well not
everyone looks online b4 buying something. As I said in a eairler post, I
bought a brand new pc and I didn't have to look online cuz of course it
says it's compatibility on the box... So I bought something that won't work
from Fitbit and Fitbit won't do a dang thing.

Is it under warranty? If so then take it back to the retailer and get a refund.

It's from Fitbit, the first one I got screwed up like 3 weeks in I sent it
back took about a month to get to me and now since it's past the 45 days
they won't do a refund. Like erm if I had it back to me in a proper
time frame I would of been able to get a refund.

The question of what Fitbit will do was asked out of frustration. After 4 or 5 Fitbit’s dying I switched.
