What is a pin or passkey requested to pair Versa 2 and Amazon Fire HD 10?

New user here. I'm trying to set up Music on my Versa 2, using an Amazon Fire HD 10 as the paired source for Amazon Music. Updates on both are current. In my Bluetooth setup on the HD 10, it scanned and found the Versa 2, but when I tried to pair with my Versa 2, the HD 10 says it can't pair because of an "incorrect pin or passkey." I have no idea what either of those is, or where to find them. I tried searching the Help files here, but found nothing useful. Does anyone have an answer to help me, please? Much thanks in advance.

@DeelSeeker   Fitbit devices that can support music streaming only support paid Pandora (US only) and Deezer.  They don't support Amazon Music.
