I've had my Versa for less than a month and it was working perfectly. Until you sent an update to the watch. Then it started losing connection to the phone, started hanging, started not registering steps when I was on the treadmill and a lot more. I tried a factory reset and it worked the first time, but it was a pain in the butt to get it connected to Bluetooth so I could complete the set up.
This morning I woke up, no connectivity, no synching, no nothing. I did another factory reset and now all I get is the screen with a million languages telling me to download the app and set up the tracker through that. I've tried turning off the Bluetooth and turning it back on. I've tried turning off the phone and turning it back on. I've used the three button reset. Nothing is working. The phone is searching ... searching ... searching and not finding the tracker.
If this is how good the updates are, please don't send me anymore. As a matter of fact, send the old version of the OS so I can have my old watch back. Oh, that's right, you can't send it because I can't get connected to Bluetooth anymore.

Wow! 38 views, but not a single reply from Fitbit.

Received my Versa 2 a couple days ago and I have a similar problem in that it will not stay connected to my phone. I need to turn off then on my phone and it will stay connected for about 2 hours then NOTHING.
I tried just about everything and my next step is to Kohls and return it.
This is my third fitbit and each one is worse than my original.
I am going to various websites soon and give this a one star if it doesn't start working.
So far this is just a DUMB WATCH.

I don’t have a versa, think I have 2, but app is now whack and unusable. Dashboard totally fubar, can’t see it all in one view. Between this and iphone11, these tech companies are going backwards. (No fingerprint nor rotation on Iphone11 FYI)
