What is happening with Fitbit?

At 3.30am my Fitbit was working fine. When I wake up, my Fitbit was off by 1 hour. Luckily my mum was here to tell me it was time for work as I would have thought I had an hour left. A work colleague is having the same problem, only her watch is set 1 hour faster. I can't find any answers on her but I see a lot of people from Twitter have the same problem. Is Fitbit ending the company? Cause I don't get any help from anyone from the company

Watch out for end of Daylight Savings Time.  Where I am ends tomorrow morning.  Always lots of issues/complaints for a few days after time change.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Same problem.  Went into my Dashboard, found the Control gear icon (top right), clicked Settings.  Clicked on Personal Info & scrolled down to Time Zone.  Mine was wrong so I reset it then restarted my Versa (by holding the left & bottom right buttons down until it showed the change icon).  That fixed it.

Oh my god. I wish I was told this sooner. I factory reset my watch and it's now irrepairable. Has a permanent big red x and a factory rest failed on it

My time zone was right, so I turned off “update automatically” (the time) and left my time zone as is and then re-synched. That worked!

I’ll put it back to auto once this madness passes 😄
