Good morning everyone. I would like to gather some information about the battery life of the Versa 2. The battery of first model I purchased lasted 14 days. Then it failed and I was given a replacement for a similar model but with the battery lasting about 6,5 days. It is possible that for the Versa 2 Fitbit may have reduced the battery capacity at some point in production? I was put in doubt by Amazon customer support who told me that, from the serial number on the box you can tell the type of battery. This would explain why, with the warranty repair, the original packaging was not returned to me. I have a strong feeling that I have been cheated. The service department told me that since the manual says it lasts at least 6 days and mine lasts (with difficulty) more than 6 days, there is any problem. The fact remains that I had purchased a product with very different performance.

Thank you for the reply EdsonFitbit,
my dislike from the fact I noticed a huge difference in battery life after the warranty repair. From this point of view looked like a completely different model.
From this, my feeling of being cheated by the Fitbit service.
Best Regards.
