I have an abnormally low heart, and it won't read my sleep info.

You are lucky. Mine Versa 2 never goes below 90 bpm. I have called service 2x and they replaced the watch once. Same problem with the 2nd watch but to a lesser extent.

@Alhoward   The Versa 2 low heart rate limit is 30 bpm.  Help article
