I have no idea what this setting is on my fitbit Versa Lite.  I can't find it in the manual or on settings.  Any ideas?

Is that on the clock face?  If so, look at the description of the clock face you have chosen.  Especially if you have chosen a clock face not by Fitbit, Fitbit documentation is not going to explain it.

Does the clock face always look like that?  Is there some particular part of the display that puzzles you?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This is a fitbit face. I can scroll to steos, heart rate, and SpO2. This is another display. Thought maybe it was stairs, but it is not.

@Joneill119   That clock face looks like the SpO2 signature clock face.  That icon looks like the active zone minute icon.  The Versa Lite doesn't count flights of stairs.  My Versa 3 counts flights.  Its icon looks like a staircase.  You can verify the name of your clock face in your phone app.  Tap on your profile picture > Versa Lite > Clock faces > set the toggle on my device.
