I am completely frustrated. The sleep tracker worked flawlessly when I got this Versa. All of a sudden it only tracks when it wants to. I have been through EVERY suggestion customer service recommended. My Gear S 2 tracks every single time flawlessly. This is a software issue not a user error. And no update with thousands of people complaining? Bullcrap. About to return this thing. I'm done.

try wearing a strap over the versa once I started to do that it works great hope this helps
