What’s a normal spike in heart rate from minimum activity?

This might sound like a silly question but  I’m not very versed in this kinda stuff. I bought a Fitbit because I want to improve my fitness and watch my heart health (my Dad recently passed of a heart attack and although I’m still in my 20s I know that puts me at a higher risk so I thought best to try and get on top of things sooner rather than later). I’ve noticed my resting heart rate levels over the past few days since I bought my versa range from 69-71 which I think (?) is average. But those are the readings from when I’m asleep. If I’m just sitting on the couch like I am now writing this the reading seems to bounce from anywhere between 75-88. Just before it was on 75, I moved my arm a bit to scratch my back and checked it again and it went to 84. I am quite unfit but I don’t believe i’m that unfit or is a small spike like that normal? When I’m exercising like a brisk walk I notice it goes around 120-130. I guess i’m just wondering is a random spike like that normal for heart rate or is there something wrong with my versa? (or me lol)

It sounds pretty normal to me. Then you sit quietly your heart rate drops right down, but as soon as you move even a bit the muscles need oxygen so your heart rate goes up to deliver the oxygen. If you are concerned about your heart, get it checked out by your doctor.
