What's new in Fitbit Versa, version 70.7.27?

My Fitbit Versa just updated its software to version 70.7.27. What's changed? I haven't noticed anything obvious.

My Versa Lite has just got firmware version: 38.70.7.27. The only difference I noticed was Spotify tab in the app. Google does not know anything about this version 😁

also at the very same time, my ionic also asks for update, while my versa 2 don't. lets see .. 

UPDATE : Versa Lite updated to 38.70.7.27, Ionic updated to 27.70.7.27.

that's strange version number ... 

on phone, both shows 70.7.27.

Most probably the first number is gadget type.

my versa 2 is 35.70.7.21. 

isn't versa lite released before versa 2?

Well for me, if you turn the fitbit off overnight then in the morning the battery will drain 30-40% overnight. So there is that to look forward to. I wouldn't recommend turning off your versa.

This was the same issue with the firmware that was released in December for the Versa that many users complained about.  So this hasn't been corrected with this latest version.

I also received an update for my Versa (first edition), release 32.70.727. I guess we can compare most of it with the update of the Versa 2?

Nope, not to my knowledge. I updated my fitbit last night and still had the same problem when I went to "turn off" my fitbit. I will now just leave it on all of the time.

Please let me know if there is still the battery issue when turning off the watch with the versa 2. I only have the original versa.

I updated my VERSA to 32.70.7.27 today

I felt that it more save power than ever.

But I think I am waitng for the explain from FITBIT

YESSS!  The web site keeps saying version 38 or 40 and my Versa Lite says 70.7.27. Clear as mud.
