To be clear, I know what data I will have access to when I subscribe to premium. My question is, why is this data withheld in the first place? I paid what I paid for my Fitbit. Whether I pay for premium or not, the Fitbit records and stores my data. So when I pay for Premium, all that happens is that Fitbit unlocks data that was recorded and stored anyway, at no expense to themselves. So... why isn't this data included in my service as is? How does the service provided by premium cost Fitbit anything, such that they need to charge me for it? What is actually happening is that they are blocking you from accessing the data the device you already paid for is tracking, and want you to pay them extra to show you the data you already have, despite this service costing them nothing on their end.

@Fraser47 I'm with you on this. It seems absurd to give your data freely, then must pay to get it back. Sadly, Feature Suggestions asking for something like a tiered Premium service are listed as Not Currently Planned.
As far as services, the workouts, mindfulness sessions, and recipe videos are Premium services. The Snore detection is Premium. Some Challenges are Premium, in that a Premium member must start the challenge, but can invite non-premium users.

More annoying is you pay for it and it doesn't work. Each update is suppose to iron out bugs and add new or better features. Sadly Fitbit goes the opposite way.
