My fitbit versa is 4 months old, I saw a few days ago that I have a hair line crack on it.
I have contacted fitbit support wanting to pay for a replacement screen just so I can carry on using it however I was very disappointed in the assistance given. The solutions given were:
1. Buy a new one
2. Get a screen protector
The both above do not assist at all.
I want the screen replaced.
Are there any other options I have?

@SamanthaJ123 Fitbit doesn't offer any kind of repair. If you paid with a credit card, the bank may cover it for you. Or, depending where you live, friendly consumer protection laws may help. But you're going to have to replace the whole thing if you want one without a cracked screen. I do recommend glass screen protectors, though.
