What version should my Versa be? Mine is 32.10.15

Currently started using my Versa again and wanted to know if there should be a newer update on it - it’s currently on 32.10.15 

also, since I’ve started using it again it doesn’t count the floors climbed correctly. I’ve restarted it and tried all the tricks mentioned in previous posts (raising arm and tapping head etc) and nothing works. I’ve just climbed a flight of stairs 3 times and it hasn’t logged it once.

Hi the newest version should be 32.70.7.14

This is the newest firmware release that supports Fitbit OS 4.1

How do I update it? When I go to search for updates it tells me there isn’t one?

After a sync, the app should give you the option to update the tracker. 

Some users did the add device, telling fit it to replace the tracker with itself and they got the option to do the update. 

The other thing, you can contact Fitbit.
