Hi, try the following:

1. Go to notifications

2. Go to text messages and press this and you will get a list of apps that can send notifications to your Versa. Choose Whatsapp, it should be in the list, see: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85941i1EF6869578A4E5FE/image-size/medium?v... . This image is a screenshot of my Android device.

3. Restart your device and it should be possible to receive Whatsapp messages.

4. If you do not want to give up the text messages, leave it as it was and scroll down to:

5. App notifications, press this and you will get a list of all apps that can send notifications. Scroll down untill you find Whatsapp and choose it as the app.

Mind you though that , by differences in behaviour of Whatsapp on Android or iOS, you'll have to be online on your mobile device all the time if you want te receive messages on your Versa. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hi, unfortunately there is a problem between notifications and iPhones. In principle, Fitbit support fully Android notifications and are working very hard to do the same for the iPhone. I'm afraid that you will encounter these problems from time to time untill Fitbit has solved this issue, sorry!

This is not really bad. Fitbit should announce that it's not compatible with Apple products, since it is not functioning as it should!!!!!!!!
